How this site handles your data.
The short version
This is a static site. It sets no tracking cookies. The only place you actively share data is the contact form, and the only measurement is cookieless, aggregate page analytics. That’s the whole picture. The sections below spell out each flow.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, these details are sent to a Cloudflare Pages Function: your name, email, brand, what you’re building, and the type of work you need. They are stored in a database at Notion. The same details are also emailed to Shain, delivered via Resend, so an enquiry does not sit unread.
What it’s used for
Only to read and reply to your enquiry. The data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not added to any marketing list.
Where it goes
Through Cloudflare (which serves this site) to Notion (where the enquiry is stored) and to Resend (which delivers the email), then into Shain’s inbox. These providers may process data outside Switzerland. Exact retention and deletion terms will be added here.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. It records aggregate, anonymous page-view counts so Shain can see which pages are read. None of it identifies you personally.
Your rights
You can ask what data of yours has been received via the contact form, and request its correction or deletion, by writing to [email protected]. The full statutory-rights wording will be added here.
